Four Advanced Systems
solving soil-based problems.

Vallar delivers proven solutions where soil stabilization, dust control and defensive road applications are needed most. Working with industry leaders in oil and gas and clean energy, as well as the U.S. military, our patented technology-based systems deliver time and again.

Every specification carries five values — the system, its duty code, the finish, the dilution and the treatment depth. VS2-SG-B is the soil system at subgrade duty in a black finish, applied at 9:1 dilution to a depth of 6–12 inches.

A pond with red soil margins and young palms along the bank.
01 / 04Erosion & sediment control

VS1

Holds surfaces, slopes and channels in place.

Hazard class: none

Ground that sheds dust, slumps and scours is held in place — the surface bound, the slope made to hold itself, the channel armored with the soil already in it.

  • VS1-DCDust control15:1–18:1 · 2 in
  • VS1-SLSlope stabilization9:1 · 6 in
  • VS1-CHChannel & ditch armoring5:1 · 6–12 in

Finish: clear

≈250 water passes a year, replaced by eight applications.
100× tighter than the EPA liner standard.
A stabilized haul road running to the horizon with standing water on both shoulders.
02 / 04Stabilized soil

VS2

Turns native soil into the structural layer.

Hazard class: none

Weak native ground becomes the structural layer. Nothing is dug out, nothing is imported — subgrade, clay and aggregate base are bound where they lie.

  • VS2-SGSoil subgrade9:1 · 6–12 in
  • VS2-CLClay subgrade6:1 · 6–12 in
  • VS2-ABAggregate base9:1 · 6–12 in

Finish: clear or black

A freshly sealed asphalt surface, wet and dark, with a curb along one side.
03 / 04Asphalt bond

VS3

Bonds and seals asphalt, applied cold.

Hazard class: none

The mat is bonded to what lies beneath it and sealed against the sun and water that break it down — applied cold, with no kettle and no cure window.

  • VS3-TCTack coat · asphalt primer3:1 · surface
  • VS3-SCAsphalt seal coat3:1–5:1 · surface

Finish: black

57 psi bond. Conventional primes: 4.2 psi to 10.7 psi.
Seals and rejuvenates the existing mat — cold.

04 / 04Concrete seal

VS4

Seals concrete and foundations against water.

Hazard class: none

Concrete and below-grade structure are sealed against the water that finds every seam — sprayed on, backfilled the same day, with no membrane to puncture.

  • VS4-FWFoundation waterproofing3:1–5:1 · surface

Finish: clear

Sprayed and backfilled the same day.
100× tighter than the EPA liner standard.

Series 02 / 04 Conditions & cost

Four problems follow
earthwork onto every site.

They are paid for in equipment life, water trucks, grading crews, imported stone, insurance and lost days — rarely as a line item anyone can point to.

Problem 01 / 04VS1

Dust

  • Air quality — the largest exposure of the four
  • Vehicle maintenance rises across the fleet
  • Damage to surrounding plant and equipment
  • Cleanup and dust-removal costs
  • Reduced visibility, and the safety risk that follows
  • Public appearance of the operation
Problem 02 / 04VS2

Unstable soil

  • Unstable soil heaves and cracks the pavement above it
  • Rain turns untreated soil to mud — and to full subgrade failure
  • Dry, the same soil turns to dust
  • Paving first requires an imported stone base course to sit on
  • Haul roads need constant grading to hold truck speed
Haul-road grading alone runs to eight figures on a large earthwork program.

Problem 03 / 04VS3

Asphalt tack
& binder

  • Traditional products are expensive and hazardous to handle
  • Pricing escalates with the oil market
  • Distribution requires dedicated heated trucks
Problem 04 / 04VS4

Seal coat

  • Traditional products are expensive and hazardous to handle
  • Pricing escalates with the oil market
  • Installation requires a heated kettle on site
  • Hot application drives burn injuries and workers’ comp claims

Overtakes portland cement by day 28 — then keeps curing

The practical consequence is scheduling: there is no cure window sitting on the critical path. A treated pad carries traffic while the material continues to gain strength underneath it.

Series 04 / 04 Sectors & applications

Where VALLAR solves problems

Sector 01 / 06

Oil & gas

  • Lease & access roads
  • Haul roads
  • Well pads & laydown yards
  • Crane & heavy-lift pads
  • Pit & pond sealing · berms
  • Rig moves & frac-spread pads
  • Dust control
Lead systemsAB · SG · CL · DC
BuyersOperators · EPCs
Process modules on transporters crossing a stabilized corridor beside a waterway.
Duty

Load · dust · water

The problem

Pads and roads built on imported base, re-graded and re-rocked on a shortening cycle.

01.Oil & gas

Sector 02 / 06

Clean energy

  • Solar farm access roads & internal tracks
  • Dust control between panel rows
  • Wind turbine access & crane pads
  • Battery storage & substation pads
  • Transmission line access
  • Laydown & construction compounds
Lead systemsDC · SG · AB · CL
BuyersIPPs · EPCs · utilities
A row of wind turbines along an unsealed access track across open scrubland.
Duty

Dust · load

The problem

Dust settles on panels and costs output. Turbine crane pads carry the heaviest lift on site, often on the weakest ground.

02.Clean
energy

Fig. — turbine row on an unsealed access track
Every service run raises dust that settles on the panels beside it.
VS1-DC binds the track: ≈250 water passes a year, replaced by eight.

Civil infrastructure

  • County & municipal roads
  • Neighborhood streets · rural access
  • Airfields & taxiways
  • Ditch armoring
  • Slope & erosion control
  • Asphalt primer & seal coat
  • Foundation waterproofing
  • Equipment & logistics yards
Lead systemsSG · TC · SC · CH

Duty

Load · bond · seal · water

The problem

Surfaces that oxidize, crack and let water into the base — then fail from below.

03.Civil

VS2 transforms county and municipal roads.
Outlasts traditional methods such as asphalt.

The advantage

Strategic supply routes once vulnerable to IEDs can be swiftly hardened, eliminating traditional under-surface IED placement.

05.Defense
